The work

Led by the body, not the story.

This is not talk therapy, and it is not about reliving what hurt you. We work with the body, which holds a deep intelligence, gently, safely, at your pace.

Coming home to your body
Work with me, 1:1

A space that's
only yours

We begin with a short, no-pressure clarity call. Then you choose a single session or a slower journey, when it feels right.

A clarity call

Free · 15 minutes

A gentle first conversation. You tell me only what you want to. No commitment.

A single session

€180 · per session (2h)

Sometimes one session is exactly what the body needs. A place to arrive, slow down, and listen inward.

Most people start here

The Returning path

€825 · 5 sessions · €165 each

A quieter arc. Five sessions create enough continuity for something deeper to surface and gently settle.

The Coming Home journey

€1500 · 10 sessions · €150 each

The deepest commitment. Ten sessions to tend something that has been waiting a long time.

Sessions are held in English, online, or in person on request. Reschedule freely up to 48h before.

5 simple grounding
techniques

For the moments that feel like too much. Tap one, and let it hold you.

1
5 · 4 · 3 · 2 · 1
Come back through your senses
Name 5 things you can see, 4 you can touch, 3 you can hear, 2 you can smell, 1 you can taste. Slowly. There's no rush. Each one brings you a little more here.
2
The longer exhale
Breathe safety into your body
Breathe in for 4. Breathe out for 6. The longer exhale tells your nervous system you are safe. Repeat for as long as feels good.
3
Feet on the ground
Feel yourself held by the earth
Press both feet gently into the floor. Notice the support beneath you. You don't have to hold yourself up alone right now.
4
The butterfly hug
Soothe yourself with bilateral taps
Cross your arms over your chest and tap slowly, left, right, left, right. A gentle rhythm your body knows as comfort.
5
Name it kindly
Meet the feeling without judgement
Quietly name what you feel: "this is fear," "this is grief." Naming it softly loosens its grip. You are not the feeling. You are the one noticing it.
Your day, gently

A small check-in

No streaks. No pressure. Just a soft thread through your day.

Her story

Because healing is
not a luxury.

It is a necessity.

I know this path from the inside. I grew up in the rural Philippines, in a family that broke, and I carried what that does to a body for a long time, diagnosed, years later, with C-PTSD.

What helped me wasn't reliving the pain. It was learning, slowly, that my body could feel safe again. That's the work I hold for you now.

My approach is somatic and body-led. Sessions are gentle, private, never about re-traumatizing you. Just a steadier way back to yourself.

Now playing
